follows the route of the former Otago Central branch railway line for 152km. Travel from Clyde to Middlemarch through the heartland of Central Otago. With no steep hills and lots of scenic stops, most people complete the ride over 4 – 5 days.

This trail is perfect for your first foray into multiday cycle trips and suits social groups and family groups of all ages and stages. That is without mentioning the vast array of fantastic and passionate accommodation providers and the “FOOD”.
