AMAZING service and professionalism at Bike It Now! We loved our trip on the Otago Rail Trail, and Bike it Now made everything so seamless and easy for us. The accommodation, local knowledge and of course the bikes were top quality. The door to door service from Queenstown was fantastic and meant transport was one less thing for us to worry about.
They even worked around us when our flight was cancelled, and picked us up later in the day. I don’t have anything bad to say. We will be booking through Bike it Now again for any future trips. Thanks so much!

We rented ebikes for the Dunstan Trail. All organized with a single phone call – including bikes sent to Cromwell, and a return shuttle from Clyde back to start. Staff were informative and friendly. Bikes were newish Merida mtb style, with carrier luggage bag, helmet, drink bottle – ideal for the trail. Climbed the hills with no effort 👌

My husband and I just completed 9 days of biking on the Central Otago trails. Bike It Now! organised our entire itinerary, from outstanding accommodation, bags and own bike transfers. We could not fault any of their planning and it exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I did 74km in one day (all downhill, as Fletch dropped us off with her shuttle). The bikes are excellent! Normally I get an achy bottom after an hour of cycling, but these bikes have the best saddles and they were extremely comfortable! I didn’t feel any aches or pains! I’m even considering buying one of their bikes.

We love our 2 day ride with bike it now, we hired one bike and transfer for the Dunstan trail and the Roxborough dam trail, both were amazing experiences. Lisa and fletch and their team were such great people and were so helpful with advice and last minute doggy daycare. I give them 6 stars for everything. Thanks so much for a most enjoyable time.

Professional from the start. We changed dates of our ride at short notice, Deb and Lisa helped and sorted it all out for us. Day of the ride the crew were friendly and really knowledgeable. The briefing on how to use an electric bike was awesome!
Shuttle ride was fantastic, with Fletch telling us about the track and how it was made. Very relaxed. The staff were on the end of the phone if any breakdowns or punctures happened. If required they would send someone out to help.
We will be back again!

Having heard all about the Otago Central Rail Trail we went in with high expectations and at no point were we disappointed. Starting from pick up in Queenstown which was spot on time to meeting Lois in Clyde and our warm welcome, the high quality bikes, useful tips, and transfers. The whole 4 day trip was fantastic and we would not change a thing. The weather came to the party, there were glorious autumn colours and stunning views on display everywhere. We met some great people on the trail, had super nice hosts and quality accommodation to look forward to at the end of each day. The stand out though was the service from Bike it Now and in particular, Lois who just thought of everything to make our trip easier. We will certainly be coming back to Otago to cycle more of the excellent trails in the area and we wouldn’t look anywhere else for bike hire and service. Cheers guys you made our trip and the memories will last a long time.

Cycled from Clyde to Middlemarch with my wife and mature daughter on one electric and two standard Trek MTBs. Bike It Now! made all the arrangements for accommodation, bike hire, luggage transfers, shuttles and curling in Naseby; it all came together like clockwork.
Bikes were simple, comfortable and reliable. Accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Shuttles on time. Luggage was transferred without any issues. Such a great experience. Highly recommend Bike It Now!
Also need to acknowledge the great accommodation providers for each of the 4 nights. We selected superior accommodation and they were all comfortable, warm and clean. If you plan to stay at Hyde Lodge, choose the lamb shank (5 star).

We did the 3 night / 4 day Central Otago Rail Trail from Clyde to Middlemarch with Bike It Now! in early March 2022 with magic weather and a magical itinerary that made it very memorable! Fantastic service and selections from Fletch and her crew with great bikes, accommodations and personal effort evident as we pedaled our away through some outstanding countryside.
Pitchers in Ophir was a real highlight, but both Marchburn in Oturehua and Kokonga Lodge at Kokonga also served up some wonderful respite after a hot day in the saddle. Just loved being out on the trails on the bikes, working as hard as you wanted and meeting some lovely folk and enjoying a very special few days.
We have lived in the Wakatipu Basin for almost 20 years and always meant to do this but wisely waited until ebikes came along!!! Cheers to Bike It Now! for a looking after us so well with a wonderful escape and adventure so close to home that has given us the biking bug!

We did the Lake Dunstan/Roxburgh Gorge/Clutha Gold 4 day combo with Bike It Now over Easter. We did it with another couple on non-electric bikes and we are in our late 50s. Very impressed with Bike It Now! – we needed to postpone our original trip in November due to COVID and all was re-organised seamlessly.
Fletch and the team were very professional and she listened to my concern about the Lake Dunstan level 3 part (I’d had a recent bike accident and was a bit unsure about the gravel/tight hairpin bends/on-coming bikes) and suggested that I bike to the coffee cart and then return. They organised transport back from Cromwell while the others did the whole route.
Accommodation was great (CBD, Roxburgh Dam, Quince Cottage). My favourite section was from Roxburgh Dam to Beaumont on the Clutha Gold – nice and easy and stunning with the autumn colours.
We are planning another trip with Bike it Now and I also plan to do Clutha Gold section again with them. Highly recommend Bike it Now!
